Hi everybody,

Could somebody help me...

I install windows server 2008 R2
I try to install an AACC with rls 6.2
I creat a folder Avaya_Support/ProductUpdates and I download different msi files (CCCC, AACC, CCMA, CCT...) and paste them in this folder.

When I lauch the AACC 6.2 with the DVD, I follow the process but when I check the location of the patches nothing happen. I mean the application could not see all the patches.

So I could not continue because it's an obligation to have these patches... for the installation without it no next step..

Could you please help me ?

Hi manu,
did you tried to unzip service pack file?

I did it this way:

- install win server
- configure win server
- download AvayaAura_ContacCenter_6.2_ServicePack_04.zip
- unpack it somewhere e.g. C:\tmp
- insert AACC DVD
- run the installation
- during the patch window put C:\tmp location there
- install AACC
- and then update the rest of the AACC with msi files AvayaAura_CCCC_6.2.204.10-0138_Patch.zip, AvayaAura_CCMA_6.2.204.10-0161_Patch.zip, etc...

Thanks... that's i finally found and i did it.

and you completely right

many thanks for all

Has any one had issues with Real time Displays , We have to restart them twice a day every day !!!

thanks

buzzuser, yes we are having issues with RTDs but on CC7. Avaya has written a DP for us and it is to be installed next week. Currently, we have the IceRTD service set to automatically restart if it fails so it doesn't wait for us to manually restart it.
