I have an AACC 6.2 and a Callpilot 5.0. I have 4 IVR channels in the CP for recordings. I have an IVR_DN in the AACC, acquired, and the 2008 "agents" are built with that IVR_DN in the switch. In AACC the IVR voice ports are acquired, but not "logged in"? I've since rebooted the CP server to see if they would login, but they didn't. Please advise. Thank you.

You've probably already worked out this issue by now however I experienced this on Saturday night after doing an upgrade from AACC6.2 SP5 to SP6, I have 12 voice ports access a CP5.0, after installing SP6 and restarting the voice ports would go acquired but they wouldn't log in.

The solution was to disable and then enable the Call Pilot IPE card in the CS1K, once I did this AACC acquired and loged in the ports correctly, apparently it happened in AACC6.2 SP4 and what it was is a registry entry in Windows that defaulted to different value, this value stopped AACC from loging in the ports automaticly.

I'm trying to find what the registry key and settings is. If you know can you please share it?

Regards

Nathan

Nathan,

Thank you. I was advised of the same solution just this past Friday. I'm going to attempt it this evening. I do recall a couple of hits on the Avaya support site referencing the registry settings. If I can find them again, I'll post them. Thanks again.
