AACC 6.2-Not ready after log in

Hello, Everybody!
After an agent log in his state is Not Ready.
Is it possible to change that?
we want in the reports log in / out display only the Not ready states made by the agent.
 
The log in/out report is just that, it reports when the agent enters and leaves the contact center system. There is another report that will give you total and average NRD time that you can use in the agent busy algorithms to determine agent work time... Hope that helps?
