Hi
I have a problem with the Avaya Aura Agent Desktop.
When I try to login an agent with voice contact type i get the error as in the below link:
It says that i have not a voice terminal associated even the agent possesses a voice contact type.
I am on a AACC 6.4 sp12 and the CCMM is on a separate server.
CS1K 7.5 aml
Until few days ago no problems to have voice contact type, now i can login on the AAAD only
with multimedia contact type.
I have done many tries to fix this issue:
restarted the AACC which contains the CCT, restarted the CCMM, also
the avaya support suggested me to:
apply all on the server configuration (AACC)and restart AACC
deasociate CCMM in the configuration
reassociate
refresh
but with no resuls, alway the same error.
Also erased all, TN, CCT user and its configuration, login and rebuild all again, but no way.
With ref client no problem at all
