AA toggle on and off

Customer has a Magix rel 4 with duovice voice mail. THey want to have the AA answer all the calls during the day. THey have a night button and the evening calls are handled differently. THey would like to be able to have a button programmed during the day so they can just have the phones ring and then be able to turn the AA back on. I know how to make the AA ring immedialtly but am unsure if you can toggle the coverage via a button.

on Magix, you can program a night service button on you operator's phones, I don't know if it works with duovoice though.

When Linux is Free and Open, who needs Windows or Gates?

They all ready have a night service button on the operator. At night the calls go straight to a dispatch group of phones. THat works fine it is during the day when they would like to have the AA either answering all the calls or not answering any calls. I know how to route the calls to go to AA first but don't know if you can program something to tell the system ignore the AA and just ring the desiginated phones like there was no AA>

You can program a "coverage vms off" button, set the cover delay to one ring, then with coverage off (button lit), it would ring continually till answered, with coverage on, it should go to voicemail (AA if so programmed) after one ring.
