AA to MOH with no ringing at calling parties end

HI Guys,

Would anyone have any ideas on this

IP500 V2 6.1(22) with Emedded VM

Customer wants AA greeting with NO options, some sort of welcome message then straight into external MOH but when MOH is playing the Group extensions are ringing.
They do not want the calling party to hear the ringing, only the MOH advertisement/disclaimer message.

You contradict yourself...

but when MOH is playing the Group extensions are ringing

So the calling party is hearing MOH not ringing.
Obviously the group phones will ring, it is a queued call against the group

Hi amriddle01,

Yeah I want an AA greeting but after the greeting to go straight into MOH.

I set the AA fall back to a group with queuing but the Queing message dosent play.
If I point direct to the group the Queue message Does play then MOH comes on.

Any suggestions, assisted transfer etc.

Why not use the first queue prompt as the welcome message and the 2nd as the queue message, forget about the attendant
