Morning everyone. I have a Prologix Rel 6 that I am looking for help with. My coworker per her notes stated that she was able to change the AA routing feature to allow calls from one station to go to another station's voicemail. Can someone direct me where in the switch/voicemail were this option is so I can have the call route to the correct voicemail. Thank you for any help.

On your audix subscriber page 1, there is a field noted: 'Secondary Ext:'

For extension A you create subscriber A in audix. Instead of creating a subscriber for extension B, you simply type the extension in the Secondary field of A. This way messages for both extensions will be recorded in the same box.

Sorry but my secondary ext is blank on my audix sub page 1. Any other suggestions.

Thank you f0netech for your help. I found the issue. The routing was done in Audix under auto-attend rounting rounting-table. Removed the incoming called number and everything is working fine now.

Most tech understand you must use the change command.

I input my message before your message was on the screen. I was answering your initial question, not correcting your syntax.

Sorry for the misunderstanding rcrow490
