AA QUESTION-NEED ANSWER ASAP PLS.

I have a Ipo 500 v4.1(15)with pri and VM Pro.
Presently incoming calls ring to AA.
Customer wants calls to ring the reception phone first and if she is busy or does not answer ,the call should go to AA.
(She also has a personal mailbox for x701)

I tried changing the Incoming Call Route destination from (*95-AA) to extn 701 (reception phone) and entered *95 as the fallback extension.
The call did ring the reception phone but does not go to AA.(Just keeps ringing at the reception phone)

I know I am missing a step or steps somewhere, any assistance will be greatly appericated.
 
Turn on voicemail for the receptionist.
Then built the AA in the leave mail option for that mailbox.

The best way as she has a personal VM box, would be to setup a group with reception in it and setup Announcements. Then in VM Pro setup in the hunt group you have just created, Queued to setup AA menu
