We have a Definity programmed with a vector auto attendant. The calls roll to the Intuity Audix vm with the vector command "messaging skill 99 for extension 3500". This currently works great for the majority of users who have voicemail boxes. How can I let calls to my non-voicemail holding users come through this AA and reach the person's desk? I know it will only ring at their desk if they are there but can I at least roll their calls through? What about giving them a bulletin voicemail box? What is the minimum setup I would need to do on the bulletin mailbox?
