I have been trying to figure out a way so that when someone calls the AA and they either dial 0 or they timeout and default to the operator if there is some way for the call to be sent off site to a cell phone or to another remote office? Usually I use a selctor code and enter in a FLASH then the number and that is it I have never had to do this with [ 0 ]

Is there a way around this instead of having it just go to an internal DN?

What is the voice mail and software?

The Call Pilot is capable of setting up a CCR tree home node to call forward external. The NAM can't do this.

If your Norstar is capable of external call forward, you could set up the phone that receives 0/time out calls to call forward external. This will take 2 lines to perform the CF.

I went ahead and just set up a ROUTE and DEST code and used that as you suggested and placed that in the TABLE as the OPER DN.

I tired to set up a 0/time out on one of my Call Pilots but I could not figure out how to do this. Can you tell me where I will find the menu item in the Call PIlot manager to do this? I went under Operator settings and also CCR and could not find this.

I do not seem to able able to find the TRANSFER option for the [ 0 ] or time out. For example if the caller presses [ 0 ] or times out they usually can only be transferred to an internal DN. I am looking for a way to allow them to be transferred to an external number using a FLASH. This can be done using a path 1 thru 8 but not with 9 or 0. This is what I a trying to figure out how to do.

Does the destination in the ATDT setting work?

It means Attendant.

When you define the default Operator, the display shows "Atdt: (none)" or "Atdt: [DN]". It does the same when you assign a Greeting Table Attendant.

allworxguy wonders whether you can put a destination code instead of a DN.

to continue on Curly's theme, you can also completely disable "0" (it will repeat the menu if you do try to press "0")and forcing callers to press another digit and if they do nothing the system will disconnect.

So then there is no External transfer for the digit [ 0 ] then on NAM or Call Pilot?

This is for an offsite customer service department . I just went ahead and set up an ROUTE and DEST
