AA day menu working all the time

I have a recent snafu.

after hours, the day menu still responds when the calls go to the AA.

I have checked that the day and night menu both exist and that the business schedule is accurate. The business is open m-f from 9-5, closed weekends.

at any time after hours when i call the system, i hear the day menu.

Is there a setting that I am missing?

Which voice mail? 007MLM, Merlin Mail, and early releases of Merlin Messaging have their own internal clocks.

Is it set to follow the switch, business schedule, or both? Both does NOT work properly.

How are calls routed to the Auto Attendant? Assigned to the VM calling group, a phantom extension, a delayed call handling group?
 
Every operator position has to have a night service button and have it turned on before the night greeting will answer.
 
If set in switch mode.

Thanks for the heads up. I was operating under the assumption that the menus were activated based on the business schedule you input into the system.

What is the purpose of entering the business schedule?

 
found my problem, admin had changed the business scheduler to follow the merlin legend mode.
changed it back to the business mail mode.
