AA attendant and CCR tree messages

Can anyone delineate the programming steps to get my
sub trees or paths back working? I recorded AA main
greeting as follows:
F983, PW
AA Greeting 1, played, changed, save

Now for sub levels or path, trees, whatever, I need
help is it:
F983, PW, Other, CCR 1? or 0? Admn. 1 Ok Change, 0? 1?
Path 0? or 1? Change, how to save?

The AA Greeting is ok, the first 1 sub level is ok, but
2, 3,4, 5 and some extensions from those sub groups are
not ringing from outside and can't call inside to their desks. I am desperate!

if your new to ccr trees i would just call a local norstar vendor its not the easiest thing to chg.

That's the problem...no contract in place and PO troubles
with ISD group...already down one day...trying to solve
myself ...but thanks for at least responding...

You do not specify what your KSU and Voicemail hardware and software are. Let's start there. Do you have a CICS with a Call Pilot or a MICS with a Flash or a 824 and a Startalk or just what is there ?

The CCR tree must be disabled in any AA table that is using it. Then make your changes, save, and re-enable it.

Fittingly, I just finished talking one of my customers through exactly that.
