A working ASP page hang in my system, what may be the cause?

I try to use the FileSystemObject. My Asp page can create the object, but it fail on the line that opens a file. It hang on this line and no error message come out on the IE browser. This Asp page works on another windows 2000 system. What may be the problem of my system? I hope if anyone that had met this problem may give me help. Thanks!

Does the folder contains file have full access or not? also check event viewer to see what's the error message.

Do you have Norton with script blocking turned on?

Thanks to TedLin and Denoxis' help. I reinstall my system and iis without norton antivirus software. The asp works with default setting.
