A Windows XP-based computer that was set up by using a Windows XP image does not appear in the Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) console:

KB903262

I thought this was interesting, as "Image" restores have been addressed in this forum.
 
did you run sysprep b4 you created the image?

I'm not having a problem, this post was just to help anyone having this problem. I have seen the problem questioned on this (and other) forums. This post was supposed to have the "light bulb" meaning "Information". It was there at first - really!
