A .VXD FATAL EXCEPTION ERROR

Whenver it seems i play starcraft, warcraft or diablo anything that requires maximum screen usage a blue sreen occurs with this message:

A fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:C000709 in VXD VM901) + 00002709. The current appliocation will be terminated.

Press any key to terminate the current apllication.

An addition to this the screen flicker with a black horizontal lines rapidly disapearing and apperaing again.

I have tried restarting my hard drives, deleting several programs and literally electructed myself trying to fix this please help. Thank Your for your time helping me.

The only VM901 I know of is a monochrome monitor, what graphics card do you have, what version of windows, directX video drivers etc. ?

And if you have a VM901 monitor what version of the driver for that ?

Direct X Version: 8.1

Direct Draw, Direct 3d, and AGP acceleration is all enabled.
Im using a windows 98.

Chip : Intel(R) 810 chipset Graphics Driver P2.1
