Hi all, i want to make a simple script with few code that create a file with name given from its parameter (e.g. script file_name.txt), open a buffer in wich i write some lines then save them on the file with ctrl-s and exit with ctrl-q.

No more i want.

Thanks, the site you linked is very good; however i intend only tcl not tk, i would want to see any simple sample about text editors in console mode like vi, pico, etc......

However thanks again!

Thanks, of course i did know them; however i would want to see some original solution.
