A/R end of the month statement ? 1

I have a question with statement printing, When I print out the end of the moth A/R statements in Mas 90 4.05 I was wondering if there was a way to have the descirption add in . As of right now it just shows the invoice #, invoice date, description box is empty, and the amount.

Just wondering how to get a description in the statment ?

A description of the invoice (i.e Retirement consulting monthly, this the account description we use for retirement products)something like that. So the vendor knows which invoice is what??
 
It is the sales code field thats holds the description
 
So you want the line item detail to print on your statement. This is not easy. It would require the editing of the form. You would need someone who knows Crystal and who knows MAS data tables to edit the form.

It appears by your sales code description that you are using the A/R module for invoicing services. If that is the case, you can add a summary description in the "comment" field of the invoice header tab.

This field prints as the description on our statements.
