A quick explanation needed

Hi there,

I am evaluating Win2000 Server for my work and I'm new to it, pretty experienced in NT, but new to 2000. The first thing I set up about 3-4 weeks ago was Terminal Services. It all worked fine and I could connect to the server from the few workstations that are connected. Now all of a sudden it has stopped working, it just complains that the server is busy. I have been told to install the Licencing Services, but it worked fine without it before, I can't quite understand why it just stoped working. Something to do with licencing I am assuming but need confirmation from someone with more knowledge.

Did you install Ts in admin mode or user mode if in user mode liscencing will need to be activated. You get a grace peroid then it quits untill you activate it
