One of my users asked me a question today about Outlook that I was unable to answer, so I was hoping someone here might know the answer to this:

You know when you reply to an email, you get a little arrow signifying that your replied to the email? Well on this particular users email, those arrows dont apprear. So my question is, are those supposed to be there all of the time, or are they in some Option in Office that was accidentally turned off?

Is the user seeing the envelope icon but without an arrow?
Or is there no envelope?
If no envelope they have removed the icon from the view.
To replace right click on any of the fields you see, customize current view, the fiedl needed is Icon.
If it's not this I've not heard of it before.

Regards, Phil

"If in doubt, hit it with an end user!

The envelopes are there, but there are no arrows

I'm having the same problem with a user the little arrow does not appear on the envelope to signify a reply. This happens intermittently. Furthermore the user has reported that the person did not receive the replied email even though it shows up in the sent items. Did you find a fix?
