a question about list box

There shows three columns in a list box. The first column is for numbers. The default setting is that numbers are left aligning. Can I change them to right aligning? If I can, how to do?

In design view, right-click the listbox, select Properties, select the Format tab and you will see Text Align.

I looked through the items in Format tab of Properties of the list box for several times, but I did not see Text Align. And after I click a list box in design view, Text Align icons in Tools bar are grey.
