A program is trying to automatically send e-mail using a Microsoft Out

I get this message when I try sending a email using a appication program that mails results to users.Is there a way to disable this pop up message. Unless teh yes is clicked this email won't go through & my program has to send a lot of emails and I don't want to keep clicking on this manually.
