For the A+ tests, I find that you'll need to do a lot of memorizing in order to pass the hardware part(ie. how fast is USB 1.1 vs. USB 2.0, speed of firewire connections, default IRQ for mouse, keyboard, etc.) For me personally, the OS part is way easier.
is a great resourse for almost any cert. they have tutorials as well aspractive exams and forums.
