A phantom setup on a Tn (strictly for voicemail)

5462 is a phantom and in mer mail it is setup for User A however when she goes to her mailbox it says someone elses name. Don't know why?

have her rerecord the name in the mailbox. sounds like this mailbox may have belonged to someone else and the old user's name is still recorded on it. The recorded name is different from the greeting, by the way. If you don't know how to change recorded name post back.

1. Log In to Meridian Voice Mail.
2. Press 89 for personal verification.
3. Press 5 to record. [You might record "(Your Name), (Your Title) in (Your Department)"]
4. Press # key to stop recording.
5. Press 83 to log off or 4 to return to messages.
