I have a-number from PSTN (cas trunk). Digital Extension in MD110 receive a-number in display. Cisco extension dont receive a-number, but receive MD110 Extension number.

Hello MDBR, I think BC7 is not capable of doing this. Original A-Number is implemented from BC10. You can configure this on destination's ADC. I checked BC7 and there is no settings like this. If your customer is willing to upgrade, why not. Upgrade your site to BC12 and you will enjoy many features.
