Hello all: We are running on a Nortel CS1000 R:3. I have created a new CLID entry, but it is not displaying the number that I want. The number that shows up on my blackberry phone is our Main number. All my other CLID entrys apparently are fine. I have a DID coming into the PBX going through the IDC table to extension 121. 121 is set up as a phantom phone with the CFW set up to my cell as a test. All the numbers to be dialled from this setup will be strictly local numbers - no LD.
Here are the printouts of what I think is pertinant. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated.

however, since the phantom numbers are not originating the call - CLID will most likely not change but just pass from what ever number call originated.

Turn on DCH messaging to verify.
