When starting windows hangs up on "starting windows scripts" for like 8-10 min. What is happening at this point and is there anything that I can do about it?

Thanks

When you say windows scripts, do you mean you're on a network and are using batch files or the like to map drives etc?

If so it mitght be something in the script. You could try rem'ing out suspect lines one by one until you find the culprit.

Might need a bit more info from you though. Is it stand alone\networked etc etc

Cheers

Simon

Its on a Corporate Network. And I don't know what these scripts are or where they are or what they are doing but it takes like 10 mins. start up.
