Does anyone know the maximum greeting length on Agent Greeting version 2.0.6?

Well, I know that you set the greeting length in the Browser User Interface > Administration screen. Have you tried to set it for a longer length and it did not work?

I was just looking for the maximum amount of seconds you can enter. I cannot find a min-max value in any of the docs.

If you look in the Installation Guide, you'll find tables that list Agent Greeting limits. Basically, these are engineering calculations based on the amount of memory you have in your particular card, number of agents & supervisors, number of skillsets, skillsets per agent, length of greeting, etc. etc. On the average, greetings run (or should run) 3-5 seconds. As far as how long can you extend the greeting, I would see what the Browser User Interface > Administration screen allow you to set. I don't think you would want to go too far beyond the average, however. Hope that helps.
