I am looking to create a Form in Word that you cannot go to the next field (eg tick box) until you have completed the previous one. Does anyone know if this is possible.

Many thanks

What's the 'tick box'? :)

If you have several text boxes, you may Enable = False the once which your user should not go to. And Enables = True when you decide to allow them to access that text box.

Have fun.

hi,

You would have to use the control's EXIT MACRO feature, to check the control for an appropriate value and decide what to do. So 'Yes' it is possible.

I thought about the Exit feature, many thanks.

Exit only works if you Enter in the first place. All they would have to do is use the mouse to bypass the previous one.
