a few questions on outlook

I'm trying to read the body of e-mails in a folder in outlook.

I'm using objolapp.session.folders.item(4).folders.item(i)

to get access to the "root" folders, however I'm try to get to a subfolder. any Idea's how?

I would also like to move the mail to a subfolder in the subfolder once I'm finished it, so it would look something like

servers
|
|-NT
| |
| |-old
|-win2k
|
|-old


Can any one direct me to an outlook 2003 object model, or how to access it?

I can now move into the subfolders, any tips on moving items would be great

objItem.Move objFolder

Where objItem is a reference to the MailItem and objFolder is a reference to the destination folder.
