I received this error message (A FATAL EXCEPTION OE HAS OCCURRED @ 0028:C18E7937 IN VXD NAVAP(02) + 0003A627.
)from a users desktop. The problem is associated with the virtual driver. I believe it is from the Norton Antivirus program. Any solutions on how to repair the problem.

If you belive it is Norton causing this error, then disable the Norton Plugin for Office. Office runs better without it anyway.
