Hi,

I'm new on Director and need help about a basic assignment that set the movieTime to the end that don't work on OS X... The game have been tested on previous OS and Windows 98 to XP without problems (almost...). but on OS X
-> sprite(18).movieTime = DureeMov
simply set movieTime to 0... Why ???

I test the behavior

on mouseUp me
-- Envoi le video à la fin
alert("dureeMov: " & DureeMov)
sprite(44).member = member("bt_video3")
alert("pre: " & sprite(18).movieTime)
sprite(18).movieTime = DureeMov
alert("post: " & sprite(18).movieTime)
end

and this give me for exemple :

dureeMov: 2564
pre: 991
post: 0

There is someone who can help me ??? There's others strange behaviors on OSX, maybe resolving this one will give me a better understanding of what going on...

Thank you for your help

Hi again,

I finally solve the problem with OSX…
I uninstalled the version of Shockwave for OSX (downloaded from Macromedia web site). Erase all Shockwave folders and reinstalled Shockwave with a standalone a friend give to me (He didn’t have problem I had) . The main difference I’m able to see between them is an extra related to Quick Time, mine was Quick Time 6 asset and his one was Quick Time asset… maybe this is the source of my problem I don’t know but for now everything work well…
