A+ and MCSE 1

After taking the A+ and/or Network+ certification exams, can these tests be used toward MCSE certification?

The two of them count as one MS test. I don't remember which, but it's one for the MCSA

I am a A+ student and I am going to take the certification exam @ the end of the course which is in the end of January. what are some of the question I may encounter and what is a good study guide for the exam?
