9940B driver

Hi all,
looking for a (Windows 2000 server) driver for STK 9940B tape drive.
I have a SCSI/fibre bridge configured, attached to a 9940B fibre drive and the bridge connected via LVD SCSI to a W2K server. My Adaptec card bios sees the drive at boot, but windows says no driver installed for the 9940.
SCSI/Fibre toolbox will not see the drive on the bus.
I found a reference to the file "9940_wind2k_00_00_01.zip" on the SUN site, but can't seem to find this file anywhere.
Thanks in advance for any help / thoughts.
