99% complete

Hi
I am running Windows 2000 SBS. I have the Brightstor ARCserve backup for SBS, Version 7
The problem that I am having is that the is stopping at 99% complete but it says the job is complete.
This does not happen every day. It is the same job that is running everyday.

Any ideas why this would be happening?
