9840 Fibre in a mixed L700

We recently replaced a couple of 9840A fibre drives in an L700 and we are getting loop ID errors on the server. We configured them the same as the ones that came out, but still have a problem with one of the "other" drives having a conflict. Any suggestions?

Are they configured with Hard PA =N?

Hey Chris, I'm not sure of the cofig for Hard PA. is this "hard Physical Address"? Thanks for the help Chris!!
How are things out your way? I was just involved in a silo de-install yesterday....boy am I beat!!!

You need to go into the Drive config menu and set HARD Physical Address to NO
