Hey folks, Can someone remind me how to list the Bad Line report in a 9751. I've had a few users performing the Transfer *563 and I need to go in see what's there.
Hopefully, while your RolmPhone users are connected to the trunk they are first pressing their "flash" button and then entering the *563 bad line feature code to make an entry in the trunk exception table. Over the years the trunk exception table has helped identify numerous trunk failures in my accounts. Always nice to have a clean machine.
