Hi guys !
I am facing a problem and I am a kid on Networking.
I have a small network using Summit x250. There is no routers on that.
I have configured two subnets (10.200.32.0/22 and 10.206.183.0/24) and 2 VLANs, to voice and data.
My DHCP is on data subnet (10.200.32.244).
My Call Server is on voice subnet (10.206.183.5).
The issue is that, my phones don't are receiving IP address from DHCP, but the PC are receiving with no problem.
Note: the Call server is on switch and DHCP is on another one on network. There is a uplink between Call Server switch and DHCP swithch.
242 option was configured on DHCP server, as follows:
Data scope
L2Q=1,L2QVLAN=40,VLANTEST=0
Voice scope
Voice
MCIPADD=10.206.183.5,MCPORT=1719,HTTPSRVR=10.206.183.9,L2Q=1,L2QVLAN=40,VLANTEST=0
The configuration on Call server switch is:
Data Valan tag 30
Voice Vlan tag 40
ip forward enabled on both
show iproute
Ori Destination Gateway Mtr Flags VLAN Duration
#d 10.200.32.0/22 10.200.32.1 1 U------um--f corporativa 5d:16h:35m:10s
#d 10.206.183.0/24 10.206.183.1 1 U------um--f Hardphone_A 5d:16h:35m:10s
The configuration on DHCP switch is:
Same VLANs
ip forward enabled on both
shoW iproute
Ori Destination Gateway Mtr Flags VLAN Duration
#s Default Route 10.200.32.1 1 UG---S-um--f corporativa 5d:16h:37m:19s
#d 10.200.32.0/22 10.200.32.2 1 U------um--f corporativa 5d:16h:37m:35s
#d 10.206.183.0/24 10.206.183.2 1 U------um--f Hardphone_A 5d:16h:37m:35s
Call Server port is DATA tagged and voice untagged
DHCP port, on another switch, is VOICE tagged and data untagged.
Any ideas about phone is not receiving IP address ?
Thanks in advance !
