We have 96xx phones and use the MVTEL file server software for our configuration and firmware files. We are moving to SIP phones but seem to have an issue with the phone pulling the SIP firmware files from the MVTEL server. We change the phone to SIP and it fails to find the file server and the phone is left in a half upgraded status. Has anyone out there converted to SIP phones using MVTEL? Maybe you could help us find what we are missing.
