I have a minor annoyance that just started happening with the latest firmware on the 9620 and 9650 phones we have deployed. The call log works fine unless the caller leaves a voicemail. If there is a voicemail then there is no record of the call in the call log. The 4610 and 4620 phones we have still have call logs for calls that leave voice messages.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea on how to correct?
