Facts:
We are running CM r17
6.83 firmware on 96xx phones
There are over 17k - 96xx phones registered on the system
Issue:
Most of the 96xx phones, when the extension are logged in and the stations reboot (move, power, reset ip...) will log the extension back in except about 150-200 phones through out the network. To get the extension back up you have to re-enter the extension and password. This will happen on a couple phone at one site to 20% of the phones at another.

10.80.10.249 9611, fw 6.83, after reboot automatically logs in with extension
10.80.10.247 9611, fw 6.83, after reboot comes up with login
