I ran into a problem where I have a few 9620, 9650 phones for call center agents. Upon them logging in they are kicked out in a few seconds.
I have to change the station auto answer to none (then the calls don't drop in), or keep it on ACD and have to keep the handset off-hook but hit headset every time a call comes in.
Then I go onto Avaya and see that they are at the End Of Sale for these models. So my question is outside of using 1X Agent what is another IP phone that I can use for Call Centers, also using headsets well it gets the zip tone and calls drop in?
