I searched the forum first and was unable to find the specific answer ... but I'm looking for the entry that will correctly format the local log into a dial string for 96xx telsets in our London office ... i.e. caller id delivers 0044xxxxxxxx and to dial all they need is 0xxxxxxxx. Isn't there some 46xxsettings.txt entry that will take the string and strip the 0044 while inserting a 0 alone for redial? I've created an ARS and route pattern that does the same thing but aesthetically it's not the same for the end user ... and it's all about the end user, isn't it? ;)

regs,
