When Michael travels from Lansing/Nashville, Exec IT logs-in his extension (35500) prior to his arrival. Brian B. is seeing issues when logging-in at Nashville office. The Avaya 9670 will show the extension, then change to Discover, then to registering. It takes 5-10 min to complete this process and finally show his extension. It seems like this issue began around the time when the 2nd speed dial module was added (the power switch has been set on the back to high, and the extension has been provisioned for the second module. Any ideas?
