Has anyone had issues w/button labels not holding if the phones re-register?

I think you need to set up the phone to back up its settings to a local FTP server.

Right-You actually need an HTTP server running a Web Site for the 96xx phones to communicate with-allow WebDav on the HTTP server,and set a Home Directory for the Web Site.
If your phones are up and running this should already be done.
In that case you need to search for "bruri" in the 46xxsettings file and input the correct IP address and file path if needed.

I will review this...we do have the server inplace and see where the files are backing up; however, when there is a network hiccup causing a reset, the labels come back as defaults...not the backup. Sounds like something is not configured properly.
