9650 & expansion mod

Have a 9650 with an expansion module and I want to add another exp mod, the only thing is it does not work. I've changed the station page in ASA to say it has 2 modules, but for some reason I cannot get the 2nd one to work. Any ideas..?

Have you checked if your LAN switch has enough PoE wattage to support the modules?

When you use more then one button module then you need to set the switch on the back to hi power.
Normally it is on low power.
Turn over the phone and you will see a little switch.
