Anyone have this happen? We have a 9641 that came with our demo kit. I just got around to hooking everything up last night. everything was fine on all sets, but then when waking up this morning, the 9641G says "no ethernet"? I have it plugged into the WAN port on the control unit. It was working perfectly fine, I never changed anything, yet, now it is not linking, and the port has no link lights.

No i will check it out. Is there any known bend pins issue on those sets ?

Not that i know but i have seen it on a 5610 so it could happen to that type of phone too.

I have the same problem. 9641g from a new demo kit. Phone worked the first day and I came in the next morning and it shows "No Ethernet". Any resolution other than replace the phone?
