I have Avaya 9641G Handsets rolled out to over 3000 users and they all have the 2-Line display for the Quick Touch Panel.
However, recently, they have started to cause problems. Pressing the bottom row of buttons, is actually pressing the top line with no way to select anything below that.
I have tried re-calibrating the display, but again, when it prompts for the bottom row, it simply won't select the bottom edge of the screen.
It was originally one or two phones, but now it's becoming more and more frequent and the only solution I've had so far is to replace the handset with a new one.
