9641G Calibration is off.

We have a 9641G in our office that is so far off in calibration that the bottom selections will no long allow you to select them. I can get into many of the menus but since the all the buttons to actually get anything to save are all along the bottom I cannot save any values. Does anyone know if the phone can be reset to factory from the keypad like the old 5600s? Or any other suggestions?

in the craft menu you can perform a "clear"

I agree that is an option if the confirm button could be selected. That is the problem. all the selections along the bottom of the of the screen are so far off in calibration that the confirm but will not recognize the stylus or my touch.
