You need to use the bm12 button mdules.
The smb24 is not supported.
The docs are wrong and will be updated soon.

Your kidding right,, I have about 5 of these going in the next week.. Now I have to go back and say sorry Mr. customer my bad avaya doesn't support the smb24.. Loving every minute

Yep, tlpeter is right the BM24 won't work. The BM12 are like the old EU24, so you will have 24 keys but for keys 13 > 24 you need to press the left/right key.
