Dear All,
I have just converted a 9641 desk phone from H.323 to SIP and able to login to the session manager. but the only problem is I tried to add agent buttons for my SIP station in system manager but nothing changed on the desk phone, it is still display "no button".
I made change in the below path
Home > User Management > SIP extension e.g. 54321 > Communication Profile tab > CM Endpoint Profile > Endpoint Editor > Button Assignment tab
May you have any idea how to add a button on SIP endpoint correctly?
