9641 SIP phone doesn't show button features

Dear All,

I have just converted a 9641 desk phone from H.323 to SIP and able to login to the session manager. but the only problem is I tried to add agent buttons for my SIP station in system manager but nothing changed on the desk phone, it is still display "no button".

I made change in the below path
Home > User Management > SIP extension e.g. 54321 > Communication Profile tab > CM Endpoint Profile > Endpoint Editor > Button Assignment tab

May you have any idea how to add a button on SIP endpoint correctly?

When you look at the extn registration in SM is AST ticked?

Buttons etc are done via PPM so that needs to be configured as well.
